# Robinhood Chain Guide

Configure Robinhood Chain, prepare ETH, and follow the standard ERC-20 creation workflow with SlerfTools.

### 🚀 About Robinhood Chain <a href="#about-robinhood-chain" id="about-robinhood-chain"></a>

**Robinhood Chain** is a permissionless, **Ethereum-compatible Layer 2** built with **Arbitrum Nitro** through Arbitrum Dedicated Blockchains. Its Optimistic Rollup posts data to Ethereum using blobs and settles on **Ethereum PoS**. The native Gas token is **ETH**; familiar EVM wallets and Solidity/Vyper tools can connect to the network.

**SlerfTools** provides a [Robinhood Chain portal](https://slerf.tools/en-us/robinhood) with Token Launch, Wallet Management, and Batch Operations entries. Choose the network-specific tools and follow their corresponding tutorials below.

**📖 Setup Guide**

The parameters below are for switching to Robinhood Chain. Shared tutorials may show BSC screenshots; use the same workflow for enabled equivalent tools, distinguish **BNB** from this network's **ETH**, and check the live fields and fees.

### 🔰 Robinhood Chain Mainnet Parameters <a href="#robinhood-chain-network-parameters" id="robinhood-chain-network-parameters"></a>

To add Robinhood Chain Mainnet to your Web3 wallet, use the following settings. Recheck them against the [official Connecting documentation](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/connecting/).

<table><thead><tr><th width="180">Parameter</th><th width="280">Value</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Network Name</strong></td><td><strong>Robinhood Chain</strong></td><td>Mainnet wallet configuration</td></tr><tr><td><strong>RPC URL</strong></td><td><code>https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com</code></td><td>Official public RPC; rate limits apply</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Chain ID</strong></td><td><strong>4663</strong> (<code>0x1237</code>)</td><td>Unique Mainnet identifier</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Gas Token</strong></td><td><strong>ETH</strong></td><td>ETH must be held on Robinhood Chain</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Block Explorer</strong></td><td><a href="https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com">Robinhood Chain Blockscout</a></td><td>Verify transactions, contracts, and balances</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Block Time</strong></td><td><strong>~0.1 seconds</strong></td><td>Recent Mainnet sample, not a guarantee of transaction latency or finality</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Consensus / Security</strong></td><td>Arbitrum Nitro Optimistic Rollup; Ethereum PoS settlement</td><td>Not an independent L1 PoS network</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Address Format</strong></td><td><code>0x...</code> (EVM-compatible)</td><td>Standard Ethereum-style addresses</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Recommended Wallet</strong></td><td>MetaMask or another compatible EVM wallet</td><td>Verify the network before signing</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Recommended Bridge</strong></td><td><a href="https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/bridging/">Official Bridging documentation</a></td><td>Follow its current canonical bridge entry</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Docs</strong></td><td><a href="https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/">Robinhood Chain Documentation</a></td><td>Network and developer guidance</td></tr></tbody></table>

🎯 **Robinhood Chain Advantage:** Familiar EVM tooling, ETH-denominated Gas, and Ethereum settlement provide an L2 environment for on-chain finance and asset tokenization.

### ⚙️ Step 1: Network Setup (RPC) <a href="#step-1-node-and-wallet-configuration" id="step-1-node-and-wallet-configuration"></a>

If Robinhood Chain does not appear in your wallet's network list, add it manually:

{% hint style="info" %}
**Network Parameters:**

* **Network Name:** `Robinhood Chain`
* **RPC URL:** `https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com`
* **Chain ID:** `4663`
* **Currency Symbol:** ETH
* **Block Explorer:** `https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com`
  {% endhint %}

**How to Add?** 👉 [Wallet Configuration Guide](/bsc-en/general-guide/metamask-wallet-tutorial.md) or [official wallet setup](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/add-network-to-wallet/).

💡 **Tip:** Keep **ETH on Robinhood Chain** for Gas. ETH on Ethereum Mainnet, Base, or another L2 cannot directly pay this network's fees. Use the current official bridge if needed, and verify the RPC, Chain ID, account, and destination network before approving a wallet request. Connecting a wallet should not require a private key or seed phrase.

The public RPC is rate-limited. If it becomes unavailable, reduce repeated requests or choose an appropriate provider using the [official network documentation](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/connecting/); do not change the Chain ID.

### 🛠 Step 2: Core Functionality Guide <a href="#step-2-core-functionality-guide" id="step-2-core-functionality-guide"></a>

Open the [SlerfTools Robinhood Chain portal](https://slerf.tools/en-us/robinhood) and select the tools actually available for this network.

{% hint style="info" %}
**General Usage Instructions (Read First)**

Use tools enabled for Robinhood Chain and the live page's fields and fees; a navigation entry does not guarantee every feature is available. Tutorials may use BSC screenshots as examples:

* **Follow the Steps:** Use the corresponding tutorial and the controls shown by the live tool.
* **Mental Substitution:** Read **BNB** Gas labels as **ETH**; do not reuse BSC fee amounts or contract addresses.
* **Check Network:** Keep the wallet connected to **Robinhood Chain (Chain ID: 4663)**.
  {% endhint %}

#### 🪙 Token Launch

[**Create Standard Token**](https://slerf.tools/en-us/token-creator/robinhood) **(Standard ERC-20)**

* Enter the token name, symbol, supply, and precision. Check the live parameters and fees, review the wallet request, and verify the result on Blockscout.
* 👉 View [Standard Token Tutorial](/bsc-en/token-management/token-creator.md)

[**Create Vanity Token**](https://slerf.tools/en-us/token-vanity-creator/robinhood)

* Customize a token contract address where offered. Review the available options and network settings before starting.
* 👉 View [Vanity Token Tutorial](/bsc-en/token-management/token-vanity-creator.md)

#### 👛 Wallet Management

[**Batch Generate Wallets**](https://slerf.tools/en-us/wallet-creator/robinhood)

* Generate multiple EVM-compatible wallet addresses. Store any private keys securely; never send them or a seed phrase to support.
* 👉 View [Generation Tutorial](/bsc-en/wallet-management/wallet-creator.md)

[**Generate Vanity Wallet**](https://slerf.tools/en-us/vanity-wallet-generator/robinhood)

* Customize an EVM wallet address using the tool's available options. Keep its private key private; this is different from a vanity token contract address.
* 👉 View [Vanity Wallet Tutorial](/bsc-en/wallet-management/vanity-wallet-generator.md)

#### 📦 Multi-Sender (Airdrops)

[**Batch Transfer**](https://slerf.tools/en-us/multi-sender/robinhood)

* Check recipients and amounts when distributing ETH or ERC-20 assets. Verify a small operation first and retain ETH for network Gas.
* 👉 View [Batch Transfer Tutorial](/bsc-en/multisender/multi-sender-one-to-many.md)

[**Asset Collection**](https://slerf.tools/en-us/multi-collector/robinhood) **(Consolidation)**

* Check source accounts, the receiving address, asset contracts, and permissions before consolidating funds. Use only a tool enabled for Robinhood Chain.
* 👉 View [Collection Tutorial](/bsc-en/multisender/token-batch-collection.md)

**Liquidity and Trading:** Robinhood Chain-specific DEX, router, and trading-tool support is not confirmed here. Do not copy another chain's contracts or assume token deployment automatically creates liquidity.

### ⛽️ Gas Fees & Optimization (Using ETH) <a href="#robinhood-chain-gas-fees-and-optimization" id="robinhood-chain-gas-fees-and-optimization"></a>

**1. Fee Profile**

* **Gas Token:** ETH held on Robinhood Chain.
* **Network Fees:** An L2 execution fee plus an L1 data fee, normally estimated together by the wallet. Check the current estimate and final receipt.
* **Tool Service Fee:** Keep any SlerfTools service quote separate from network Gas; do not reuse a BSC fee example. See [Gas & Fees](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/gas-and-fees/).

**2. How to On-Ramp Gas?**

* **Official Bridge:** Follow the [official Bridging documentation](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/bridging/) to its current entry, verify both networks and the recipient, and start with a small ETH deposit.
* **Bridge Timing:** Ethereum deposits typically take about 10 minutes. Withdrawals include a 7-day challenge period, followed by a claim on Ethereum Mainnet; follow the live bridge status.

**3. Optimization Tips**

* **Avoid Duplicate Requests:** Check an existing transaction hash on Blockscout before retrying a timed-out page.
* **No Queue Bidding:** Transactions are sequenced by arrival order; paying a higher priority fee does not move a transaction ahead of those already queued.
* **Start Small:** Check support, parameters, and fees for batch or complex operations before increasing the scale.

### 📊 Common Resources (Dev Resources) <a href="#common-resources-dev-resources" id="common-resources-dev-resources"></a>

* **Official Docs:** [Robinhood Chain Documentation](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/)
* **Mainnet Explorer:** [Robinhood Chain Blockscout](https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com)
* **Token Contracts:** [Official token contract list](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/contracts), checked against the correct network.
* **Protocol Contracts:** [Official protocol contract list](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/protocol-contracts).
* **Contract Development:** [Deploy Smart Contracts](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/deploy-smart-contracts/) and [Differences from Ethereum](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/differences-from-ethereum/)

⚠️ **Security Alert:** Verify WETH, stablecoin, DEX router, and pool addresses through their official issuer and the correct explorer. No unverified contract address is supplied here. For developers, `block.number` is a periodically updated **Ethereum L1 block-number estimate**, not the Robinhood Chain L2 height; `prevrandao` is constant and is not secure randomness.

### ❓ Robinhood Chain Exclusive FAQ <a href="#robinhood-chain-exclusive-faq" id="robinhood-chain-exclusive-faq"></a>

<details>

<summary>Is the Mainnet Chain ID 4663 or 46630?</summary>

**Mainnet is 4663; Testnet is 46630** (`0xb626`). Do not mix their RPCs, explorers, or assets.

* **Mainnet RPC:** `https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com`; [Mainnet Explorer](https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com).
* **Testnet RPC:** `https://rpc.testnet.chain.robinhood.com`; [Testnet Explorer](https://explorer.testnet.chain.robinhood.com).

Testnet ETH cannot pay Mainnet Gas. Check the [official network parameters](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/connecting/).

</details>

<details>

<summary>Can ETH on Ethereum Mainnet pay Robinhood Chain Gas?</summary>

**No.** Gas requires **ETH held on Robinhood Chain**. The same wallet address can have different balances on different networks. Bridge or receive ETH on the correct network first.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Does creating an ERC-20 list it on Robinhood or create a Robinhood Stock Token?</summary>

**No.** An ordinary ERC-20 is an independent contract, not a brokerage, Robinhood Crypto, or Robinhood Wallet listing, endorsement, or partnership. [**Robinhood Stock Tokens**](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/stock-tokens/) have separate official issuance and eligibility rules; an ordinary Token Creator cannot issue them.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Why is a transaction not final if blocks take about 0.1 seconds?</summary>

**Block production, sequencer soft confirmation, and Ethereum finality are different stages.** Soft confirmations are typically sub-second. Batches are subsequently posted to Ethereum, where full finality typically takes roughly 13 minutes after posting.

If a transaction hash exists, check Blockscout before resubmitting. For high-value operations, follow the [official finality guidance](https://docs.robinhood.com/chain/transaction-finality/). The bridge's 7-day withdrawal challenge period is a separate waiting requirement.

</details>

**Ready to start?** 👉 [Connect Wallet](/bsc-en/general-guide/metamask-wallet-tutorial.md), select [Robinhood Chain](https://slerf.tools/en-us/robinhood), and verify **Chain ID 4663**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.slerf.tools/bsc-en/multi-chain-config/robinhood-chain-guide.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
