Local Data Backup
Backup Local Data
The backup file is encrypted using your current Wallet Manager’s secondary verification password. It cannot be viewed directly and must be imported into the Wallet Manager and unlocked with the correct password to restore access.
It is strongly recommended to back up your local data after wallet import is complete to prevent loss due to browser cache clearance or unexpected issues.
If you forget your password, you can still back up the encrypted data and restore it later once the password is remembered.
Restore Local Data
If Wallet Manager is not enabled: You can directly import the backup file and verify the secondary password to restore your wallets.
If Wallet Manager is already enabled: You will be prompted to choose between “Keep existing wallets” or “Delete existing wallets” during import.

For example, when using the Batch Trading feature, select “Local Wallet Manager 🔥” when importing wallets and verify your Wallet Manager password.
More features will gradually support seamless integration.

Select a wallet group or individual wallets, then choose an import mode to complete the wallet import:
Overwrite & Import: Keep only the newly imported wallets
Append & Import: Retain previously imported wallets and add new ones

🔐 Security Reminder
Local Encrypted Storage: All wallet data is stored only in your browser’s local storage and encrypted using your verification password. The platform cannot read or recover any of your data.
Full Private Key Ownership: SlerfTools does not store any private keys and cannot help recover them. Please make sure to back up your keys securely.
Independent Group Management: Wallet groups are only for local categorization and do not affect on-chain operations. Assets in different groups are completely isolated and independent.
Important Warning: Clearing your browser cache or forgetting your password will result in permanent data loss. Always export a backup in advance.
